Upgrade Policy

If you purchase an Annual Subscription with your product, you will receive all upgrades for that product for one year from your purchase date.

If a product becomes unavailable during the course of your Annual Subscription, you will be eligible for a free sidegrade to a like product at no additional charge.

If you do not purchase an Annual Subscription with your product, you have 15 days from the time of initial purchase to secure an Annual Subscription

If you do not have an Annual Subscription in place, you will only be eligible to receive service packs for the version you purchased. There are no free version upgrades without Annual Subscription.

On some products we offer upgrade pricing in this case your only allowed to upgrade one version. For example you can upgrade from 3.0 to 4.0 but not from 2.5 to 4.0. You will need to pay full price if you are not udgrading one version.
